Breakfast! I had:
Cottage cheese
Whole wheat toast w/ almond butter and half of a banana sliced up
Water
Coffee ( I added unsweetened chocolate almond milk w/ a pinch of cinnamon; soooo good!)

Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup oats
- 4 tbs peanut butter
- honey, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Makes 2 smoothies.I want this NOW!!

Here is an awesome recipe I found for Nutella Ice Cream!
The best thing is it’s 140 calories per serving. So awesome!!!
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Nutella
6 BananasThrow both ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Then pour into a freezer safe container or popsicle forms and wait for it to freeze and then enjoy!
You can also do this with almond butter, just swap out the one cup of nutella for one cup of almond butter.
I can not wait to try these out!!!
