Just thought I’d share…
About a week ago while I was running I started to feel very strange. Not physically, but mentally. I just started to think so negatively about myself. I wanted to stop running and just sit and cry. But I pushed myself to finish my run because I knew there was nothing physically wrong. When I finally finished I felt so accomplished and happy. It was honestly the strangest running experience I have ever had. I guess it shows just how much of a mental game this all is.
